1:1 Counselling Session

One-to-one counselling sessions provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space to talk through life’s challenges. Therapy is person-centred and attachment-focused, with mindfulness and gentle body-based practices used to support awareness and emotional balance.

1:1 Intensive Counselling

Intensive counselling sessions offer extended 2–4 hour appointments designed to create space for deeper focus and meaningful progress. This format allows time to slow down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and work through challenges in a contained and supportive way.

Group Support Programs

Group support programs offer a calm, guided environment where participants can explore challenges together rather than in isolation. The group format allows for shared learning, reflection, and mutual support in a structured setting.
